Corrosion-Resistant OCTG for Challenging Environments

Anti-H2S OCTG Products

For oil and gas formations with high hydrogen sulfide (H2S) content, which can easily cause casing corrosion and cracking, we have independently developed the HS series of OCTG products. This series, including grades from HS80S/SS to HS110S/SS, is specifically designed to resist hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking (H2S SCC) and offers excellent mechanical properties.

We also offer the HS80TS to HS110TS series of corrosion-resistant, high-collapse casing products, providing collapse resistance that surpasses API standards. This series has been extensively deployed in the development of high-H2S blocks in major oil and gas fields, including Sichuan, Tarim, and various international offshore projects. Furthermore, these products have successfully passed evaluation tests conducted by several globally recognized oil companies.

Anti-CO2 Corrosion OCTG Products

To address the needs of oil and gas wells with acidic CO2 gas, we offer the 1Cr and 3Cr series of economical, low-alloy, corrosion-resistant casing and tubing. This product line features excellent thermodynamic stability and superior resistance to CO2 corrosion. It has been widely adopted by major domestic operators like CNPC, Sinopec, and CNOOC, and is extensively exported to the Middle East and Africa. By further optimizing alloy compositions, we have also developed the HS110-S13Cr series of martensitic stainless steel OCTG, designed for higher temperature environments and offering excellent toughness.
