Collapse-resistant Casing

For special well conditions such as shale gas, salt/gypsum layers, mudstone formations, and sand production from oil layers, extreme or non-uniform external collapse pressure can be generated. By optimizing the material’s chemical composition, heat treatment processes, and mechanical properties, Hengsteel has independently developed a series of high collapse resistant casings with performance superior to that of API Spec 5CT casings of the same size and grade. These products have been widely used in major oilfields both in China and abroad.
