The Exploration and Development Research Center has three branches of research departments: exploration, development, and technology. It is equipped with seismic interpretation systems such as Landmark, numerical simulation software such as Eclipse and Direct, and can undertake comprehensive geological research, oil and gas field development plan planning, zone exploration, and rolling exploration planning and deployment in the exploration and development process of oil and gas basins. It can also prepare production capacity construction plans for new and old areas, as well as various production increase measures and engineering technology supporting projects in oilfield exploration and development.

With over 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry, I am mainly engaged in the technical and management work of offshore oil development and production. I am skilled in planning and organizing, scheme formulation, overall development, production management and monitoring, surface engineering (EPC), offshore production platform construction, installation, commissioning, operation and disposal, oil production technology, oil and gas water treatment, drilling and completion organization, international project management and other fields of green and mature oil field projects at home and abroad. Being able to utilize various modern practical technologies and management methods, fully leverage team strengths, tap into various potentials, integrate resources, and creatively carry out work to achieve efficient operation and success of projects.
Liu Dongli
Senior engineer graduated from the Applied Geophysics program at Chengdu University of Geosciences and the EMBA program at Peking University Guanghua School of Management. Formerly served as a geological exploration expert for a Chinese state-owned oil field, general manager and chief geologist of a listed company in the Hong Kong oil and gas development industry; Position of General Manager at ENSUN OIL GAS LTD. in Canada. With 33 years of experience in oilfield exploration and development technology research and oilfield production and operation management, proficient in complex fault block rolling exploration technology and modern oil company management, leading the management technology team to develop more than ten large and small oil and gas fields, and preparing Sinopec's first horizontal well combined with vertical well development oilfield plan; Discovered multiple oil fields both domestically and internationally, with a geological petroleum reserve of 30 million tons; Has won 6 first prizes for outstanding scientific and technological progress projects, the titles of young career star, outstanding young intellectual, and exploration and oil exploration expert, and is an excellent technical and comprehensive talent.
Xiao Zhijun
Tsinghua University has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, TULANE UNIVERSITY has a doctor's degree in chemical engineering, Mount Tai Industrial Leading Talent in Shandong Province, and China's Yellow River Delta scholars are distinguished experts in the post of "R&D and application of oilfield chemical technology in oil and gas reservoir exploration and development". With 30 years of experience in oil and gas production, I have over 10 years of work experience in leading international oil service companies. I am proficient in acid fracturing production technology, shale oil and gas production technology, cementing technology, etc. I have developed more than 30 production products for different environments and well conditions, which are widely used in markets such as Sinopec, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Zhao Yongxing
Senior Engineer in Petroleum Exploration and Development, engaged in the oil and gas industry for over 30 years, with rich successful experience in the field of complex oil and gas reservoir description. Leading the innovative research and development of an oil and gas reservoir evaluation system based on a two-phase medium model, eliminating technical bottlenecks in traditional reservoir description, improving the accuracy of oil and gas reservoir description, achieving rapid and economic evaluation of oil and gas reservoirs, and reducing exploration and development risks.
Shan Huifu
Graduated from Chongqing Petroleum Institute with a major in Drilling Engineering, with 43 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Formerly worked as a petroleum drilling engineer for a state-owned enterprise in China, with over 20 years of work experience at an international leading oil service company. Has worked as a cementing engineer, base manager, on-site service manager, supply chain and asset management manager in different countries around the world, with rich experience in international oilfield service on-site operations and management. World class expert in oil and gas well cementing technology, published 2 papers at the World Petroleum Congress.
Wang Yong
Graduated from the Department of Mechanics, Taiyuan University of Technology, with a master's degree in engineering mechanics from the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Has 23 years of  experience in the oil and gas industry and 15 years of work experience in leading international oil service companies. Has worked as an engineer, senior engineer, chief engineer, technical manager, and base manager in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, the United States, and Greater China. He is an expert in oil and gas reservoir production enhancement and stimulation. He has published three papers at the World Petroleum Congress and won the World Petroleum Best Production Enhancement Technology Award.
Niu Jifeng
Senior engineer, graduated with a bachelor's degree in petroleum geophysical exploration from China University of Petroleum and a master's degree in geological engineering from Yangtze University. Formerly served as the deputy director of a geological research institute in a state-owned oil field in China. Proficient in mastering new technologies, methods, and theories in the rolling exploration and development of various oil fields, accumulating rich work experience, and possessing the ability to solve various complex and difficult problems in the rolling exploration and development of oil fields. The tapping effect of the old area is significant, and it has won multiple awards for scientific and technological progress, geological exploration, and efficient development at all levels.
Xu Lanbing
Reservoir Engineer, graduated from Northeast Petroleum University with a major in Petroleum Engineering. Formerly worked as a reservoir engineer, manager of the reservoir development department, and manager of the oil and gas business unit of a North American oil company at a Chinese state-owned enterprise geological science research institute. With rich experience in reservoir management, participated in and led 26 development and production project studies, 38 oilfield asset evaluations, familiar with and proficient in basic knowledge of oil and gas field development and management, possessing abilities in petroleum engineering optimization design, technological development, scientific research, and production management; Independently conduct research on optimizing and designing oil and gas field development plans, improving recovery technologies, and conducting reservoir dynamic analysis, reserve evaluation, well testing interpretation, and design; Has experience in analyzing oilfield assets, reservoirs, single well operations, and project management, and  able to solve complex practical problems in oilfield management. Especially in a certain oilfield project in Afghanistan, I have outstanding performance, contributing significantly to the increase in production from 400 cubic meters per day to 1400 cubic meters per day.
