Product Introduction:

SP type demulsifier is a straight chain high carbon chain polyol polymer. This is a completely water-soluble organic liquid formula. Soluble in water and hydrocarbons, used for oil-water demulsification, usable at 65 ℃. Compatible with other oil and gas gathering and transportation chemicals

Product application:

Used for demulsification of paraffin based crude oil, and the crude oil contains little or no resin and asphaltene

Recommended dosage:

A demulsifier bottle test should be conducted between 40-200 ppm to determine the optimal dehydration concentration required for the oil sample

Product features:

• Suitable for paraffin based crude oil and API 20-32 crude oil

• This product destroys the stability of oil-water interface around water particles in lotion, replaces emulsifier molecules and binds water

• The selection of products is based on fast water flow rate, clear interface, oil salt content, and residual BS layer in the oil phase
