Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Nitrogen Generation Equipment

Product Parameters

This page introduces Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generation equipment, detailing its working principle, key features, and technical specifications, including nitrogen purity, flow rate, and configuration options.

Description

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generation systems utilize the PSA principle, employing high-quality carbon molecular sieves as adsorbents to separate nitrogen and oxygen from ambient air. The adsorbent selectively adsorbs oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and other components, allowing nitrogen to pass through the adsorption bed and be collected. When the adsorbed gases reach saturation in the adsorption tower, desorption and regeneration of the adsorbent occur by depressurization, allowing for continuous operation.

Key Features:

High nitrogen purity: Extracts nitrogen directly from the air, achieving a purity of 95% to 99.9995%.
Compact design: No specialized foundation required; features a small footprint, suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
Reliable operation: Equipped with imported switching valves, ensuring high product reliability and up to 3 million maintenance-free cycles.
High separation efficiency: Efficiency ≥50%.
