The Mixing Slurry Control System is designed primarily for precise ash mixing and water adjustment, supported by an accurate computational control system. It allows fast and accurate regulation of slurry density, ensuring slurry uniformity and stability. The system enables automatic control of density and liquid level, recording of fresh water flow, slurry density, main pump output, and more. Operational data can be downloaded and printed in curves.
Featuring lift-type insulated shelters, air heaters, diesel heating stoves, and other thermal measures, the equipment remains stable in environments as low as -40°C.
The device can be constructed in a containerized structure for compact size and light weight, facilitating transportation over complex road conditions and wellsite layout.
Suitable for high-temperature, low-temperature, swamp, desert, and offshore platform environments.
